Music I've Made

A place to show off some of my sick music talents!
Well, more accurately, a place to put projects I'm tired of working on.
A word of warning: They're not balanced very well, so be wary of some tracks being way louder or quieter than others.

Until Next Time

Inspired by old Youtuber outros. I have a habit of jumping the gun with larger projects and burning out, but I had always wanted this to be the ending of... something. An album? A Youtube video? Maybe I'll clean it up and use it for something greater some day.

Door (Cover)

Does anybody remember IDKHowButTheyFoundMe? They were one of those moody pop bands. You know the kind. Everybody listened to one or two religiously in middle school/early high school. Door is one of my favorite songs of theirs! I never got around to recording vocals for this cover. Shame.
My goal making this was to have a really stripped back sound and focus on the specific emotionality and dynamics in each instrument. The arpeggiating synth, for instance, was meant to sound like a phone failing to connect. One of the pieces I'm prouder of tbh

Babagaboosh (Cover?)

Geez, how to explain this?
Once upon a time, there was a variety streamer and Youtuber named DougDoug who I once, admittedly, fangirled for quite a bit.
3 years ago he forced a large language model to play an old adventure game called Pajama Sam while pretending to be the titular Sam. Things with AI were different back then.
The AI was unstable and frequently went crazy, spouting gibberish and inventing catchphrases like, "Babagaboosh!"
Somebody used an AI song generator to "make" a song about the whole deal. DougDoug really liked it. It sounds... fine. I thought I, as a human, could do a better job.
As I worked, the situation slowly started feeling odd. After learning more over time, I can't in good conscience support AI generated music. Is it ethical to remake a piece of music that honestly shouldn't have been able to come into existence at all?
So, I never finished. What do you think? It might be my work, but I can never really claim it as mine.
